OUR STORY
Silvio started his career in the building products and construction industry working for Milgard Windows in California, where rose to department lead in the windows manufacturing division. In 2005, Silvio was transferred with his family to Virginia to lead the specialty windows department in the newly opened Milgard Windows plant in Fredericksburg. Afterwards, he landed a position with Alside Building Products as their first warranty and installation manager in the Washington DC market. In 2015, Silvio started Royal Constracting, and currently resides Woodbridge, Virginia.
After graduating high school, Robin joined the US Army, where he served a total of 12 years, including active deployment, Army Reserve, and National Guard. While attending college, Robin became the general manager of West Indies Plastics, one of the largest distributors of construction plastics in the Caribbean. In 2000, Robin began his construction company, where he specialized in designing and building new homes, as well as remodeling existing homes. In 2006, he was hired as the installation manager for the east coast for Milgard Windows, overseeing home and commercial windows installation.
Afterwards, he worked for Revere Building Products as branch manager, and later on was hired as territory sales manager for Stylecrest Building Products. In this capacity, he was certified as a Vinyl Siding Institute installation trainer, where he trained siding installers throughout the country on vinyl siding installation techniques. Robin then joined forces with Silvio to develop and evolve Royal Contracting, and currently resides in Caroline County, Virginia.
